Nursery Return Policy

Pacific Coast Home & Garden offers plant material from quality vendors. We insure our plant material is true to type and is healthy at time of purchase. We guarantee the survival of our plant material for 30 days, from the date of your purchase, providing they have been properly planted, cared for, and watered. We shall not be liable for plants that are lost or damaged due to improper planting, watering, fertilizing, neglect, or suffer from severe weather conditions.

A refund or an exchange will be issued to the original purchaser. Original register receipts, plant, and a managing employee’s approval are required for a plant credit or merchandise return.

*Delivery fees are not refundable

*Holiday items may not be returned after the holiday

Watering, planting directions and site location information are on the label. If you have any questions whether a specific plant will work in your situation or how to care for your purchase, please ask one of our skilled nursery staff. Our goal is to create a satisfying gardening experience through education.
